Our site in Brandenburg-an-der-Havel, near Berlin, Germany, houses the world’s first volume manufacturing line for perovskite-on-silicon tandem solar cells.
Integrated production line
Since 2017, the facility has supported the transfer of our technology from our lab to industrial equipment and processes on full-sized wafers. The production line, which is currently ramping to high-volume, produces our commercial M6 tandem wafer product.
